Name of company/service: IDEA CELLURAL (GREAT ADITYA BIRLA GROUP)

FROM LAST 5 DAYS I AM MAKE SO MENY CALLS AND REGARDING MY BILLING BUT NO BODY READY TO SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ESCAPING FROM PHONES AND SOME PEOPLES NOT ANSWERING AND SOME ARE SWITCHING OFF WITH FEAR. IDEA CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND VERY BAD. I AM GOING TO STOP ALL MY BILLPAYMENTS FROM TODAY ONWARDS
