POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

On 2nd jan 2013, I purchased Usha Janome Automatic Sewing Machine Model EXCELLA , from Rewa Csd Canteen, Jhansi U.P. There is some technical problem with the machine . I made several calls on usha’s toll free no. requesting them to kindly send some one to check the machine. In response to my calls they have only given verbal consolation till date. No body has been sent from the company , and now that they have my phone no. they do not attend my calls and even if they receive my calls ,they put me on long holds. At times they complain of poor connectivity and tell me to call after some time. I am very very dissappointed with their after sales service. I feel cheated and very very frustated.
