This is to bring to your notice that I Ishan Verma who purchased a HCL Me laptop 3 years back and due to some issues in my hard disk of my laptop,i gave my laptop for repairing in hcl service center located in pune,so in that regard despite goin there for 8 times physically and calling them back to back contionously ,this company is making lot of inconvinence to me ,despite giving any prior reminders ,there company officials are back – firing on me by saying ,that it is not proper time to call and it feels like as if they are customer and my the service official.I would request you to please take a serious action against them.
