Poor after sale service though product is in Guarantee / Warranty Period

Name of company/service: HOUSEFULL FURNITURE

My Complain no. is CC8/0413/1395 I have given complain on 9 April 2013 with the above complain no and the executive Jyoti had told that my complain will be resolved in 6 working days but its been more than 6 working days and non their person has come to resolve my complain as I am facing problem with the goods purchased from their Mega Mall Jogeshwari Mumbai store vide HDC no. 1012/2013/923.This shows their poor after sales service.The door of the cupboard which I have purchased from the store has become loose which needs to be fitted properly again else it will get damaged.The said product is in Gaurantee / Warranty period. Inspite of repeated reminders no person has bothered to visit and repair the product and what I have been given is false commitment by their customer care executive Jyoti & Radha. Please help me in this matter
