Purchased this inverter AC 1.5 ton model Hitachi ACE- 3200I, R410A-RAU318EWEAS, on 7/6/2016. Already 5th complaint with breakdown request no. Dear Customer your BREAKDOWN req. 17042506968. And already of last 11 months of usage atleast 25 days it’s out of use due to AC not working. I requested local service as well as company by email to give final reply. Present complaint was registered on 22/4/17 with local dealer and online on 25/4/17, no clear answer to why it’s giving repeated breakdown. I asked them to replace AC with a current model urgently. What is the use of such a product which after spending 50000 rupees and tolerating summer weather? Kindly ask Hitachi to replace the piece urgently with a current model.
