Hi,
Please find attach e-mail regading payment refund from Indian health Organization. I am following up on this refund with them for about more than a month now. However they are very reluctant to respond to my e-mail or queries.
Please help me raising complaint against this Organisation. Details of the case are enclosed in the attached e-mail.

It is with great displeasure I have to write that services of Indian health organization is not up to the required standards. As per following e-mail below I made payment for two IHO policies on 27th May2012.I had a telephonic conversation with your representative on 27th May 2012, he insisted me to take IHO’s preventive health care plan but did not disclose all the terms and conditions untill I made the payment online.
Later on during the call senoir executive breif me on other terms & conditions to which I had disagreement. I made a request on the same day for cancellation of policy as per earlier discussion with executive. According to him a policy can be cancelled within 14 days
IHO should have the recorded version of my conversation. On the same day I wrote to bank to cancell these online payments.
Post this I made several calls from my registered mobile no 9971600982 to cancel these policies however did not get satisfactory response or call back. Just around 10 or 12 days back ( around 19th June 2012), a lady from cancellation team called me and told me that she can’t refund the whole amount as per cancellation policy.
This was another shocker to me as intially the executive did not tell me about cancellation policy. This lady insisted me to keep the policy by telling it benifits and told me that I will receive 2250/- refund in my SBI account (which I still not received till date).
I am sure IHO backend/customer support team have all the voice records with them for their query resolution and record puspose.
On the basis on the false commitment and deliberate attempt to avoid cancellation I seek full refund for my online payment.I am sending these policies back to IHO via courier.
At the same time I am also exploring the possibility of taking this case with RTI to get the full justice.
Anticipatiing a quick response to this e-mail and full refund for these policies.
