Hi, Please note that I have tried n number of times on your complaint numbers ….that are i am sorry to say …useless…..to let u people know that my credit card is blocked for no reasons……and if there is any reason ..please let me know …but ur IVR machine on ur customer care numbers …dont let me in…….i have no dues left but now as i want to use this card for online purpose …it says ..it is blocked ….dont know …why…..requested to please …..unblock my credit card ……my last 4 digits of credit card is ….1705…..(i dont wanna display my credit card)….and my mobile number is 9899505424……..and the name on the credit card is DHIRAJ VERMA…….An early action in this regard is solicited…….
