I bought a smart fone of Lenovo model S660 on 29/05/2014. It stopped receiving network instead of having a proper sim inside the phone. This problem started cropping up from 06/09/2014. I gave my fone in Lenovo Service Centre in Raipur on 08/09/2014, it was told to me that that phone will be returned to me in 7 to 10 days after replacement of the motherboard at free of cost ( since the phone was in warranty period). But unfortunately till date I havent received from phone from service centre. On proper pursual from the Lenovo team the matter is not being taken seriously and unnecessary delay is being made. I hereby demand Rs. 10 crore as a compensation from the said company.
I know the compensation amount claime is too huge, the reason behind this is that the Lenovo team in future will take and consider all complains seriously and act accordingly.
