PLEASE DO NEEDFUL

My name is Dipankar Golder. I am a fellow customer of Vodaphone . I have two Vodaphone post paid connections 9331250737, 9874886663 respectively.

Total Bill amount of two numbers for the month of August 2014 is 595+117 = Rs. 712/- I paid Rs.700/- (for 9331250737-590 and for 9874886663 -110 respectively) on 06-Sep-2014 at Vodaphone store.

Now out going facility of 9874886663 is no more because bill amount of 9874886663 is not paid by Vodaphone Store representative. I have bill receipt.
As result I am unable to do call from that number. Now my question is who is responsible for this?

Several times I called at 198 and told them my problem but no one from VODAPHONE side did minimum enquiry about that and without any notice, my phone has been disconnected of outgoing facility.

My request is please take needful action.
