Name of company/service: tata docomo

firstly they send message frm customer care numbr ie 9031012345 at 5:39 pm on 18.01.2013 that with 63 spcl get 1 gb for 30 daya .with 69 get 2.5 gb for 30 days bt whn on the same day at 6:15 pm i recharge with spcl pack of 69 i only get 1 gb valid for 30 days only and now when i call back to the customer care number they igonre all things.please help me its urgent because i am not very much rich to afford all these again. plz help
