Please help me…….Next.co.in (NEXT electronics ) has cheated me.
I have ordered a brand new ” Kenstar- Juicer Mixer Grinder – JMG-KEN-SWIFT PLUS KJS50W3A-500W” from “Next.co.in” website and the Order Number is “100039875″ and the Invoice Number is “8661191231″, Item Code is “14000016984″, Date Of Order was on “August 29, 2013″, Since then I have been facing many issues with your service and product as well. It is the Second time I e-mailed them, as I am not satisfied with their service.
Firstly the product was delayed to deliver in time. I have placed an order for 3 different times and it was the same problem all the times. Date of delivery was on ” “.
Second thing is the product which I have got was found faulty on the very first use. This is crazy. I mean how cum any product go faulty only for the very first use? Their company has cheated me with the duplicate product which was of very poor quality.
Thirdly when I have reported this to the customer care representative, he was not responding properly about my concern. He did not know what to do in this scenario. The agent asked me to go to the service center and get it repaired which I am not willing to do.
I have posted this complaint on their Facebook page and next day I received a call from one of the authorities, saying that he can’t replace the product.
He spoke to me and argued with me and he was not thinking in customer’s point of view. He was just talking about their company policies which was useless and stupid.
I also mentioned them that I’ll got to “Consumer Forum” if they are not going to replace my product. Despite of saying that the person on the call was so casual and so careless that he finally told me to go and file it as it is not possible for them to replace the product.
It was used only once and it has stopped working and making very loud noise when it was used for the first time only.
All I DEMAND is, I want them to give me a Free REPLACEMENT with a new product and COMPENSATION for this poor product and service.
I request the FORUM to please give justice to my issue and get me a new replacement from them.
