dear sir/madam i baught sony ericsson xperia ray rupees 18,000/- on 22nd january 2012 after that on 3rd march 2012 device got problem of detecting a memory card then on 16 april 2012 it gave ear speaker problem and again on 11th may it had sane ear speaker problem.. i had logged a complaint at sony ericsson xperia support center for a replacement(complaint no. SES125004167 & reference id no. 92897685) i have sent an e-mail to a sony ericsson company but they refused for a relpacement so plz help..as it is in warranty period then its fine.. but what after warranty period gets over? that means paying 18,000/- is for defected device??and as far as my knowledge is concerned sony ericsson’s device parts are costlier that means that may be a headache in future.. so plz help
