I had placed an order with planetsports online on 27th of July with order number 1239404. As per plavnetsportsonline.com policy the customer receives the product max in 10 working days but from the very first day the status is the same ‘Ready for shipping’ till date. After several mails and calls to the customer care, I have not got any response. Rather it is very disturbing as they dont have an answer or reason rather all the time they request me to wait for 2 more days and also have started misbehaving. I have no modes provided for escalation in this scenario. This order is very important for me and I have already wasted 2 weeks over it, so kindly do the needful at the earliest. I am in no mood or acceptance of any further processing, delay or cancellation of this order. Kindly understand its importance, customer commitment and also the name at stake of Future group in it.
