Plan Mismatch.

My name is ritesh uthada. i have a reliance netconnect+ ..caf number – 9371327700.
I recently requested a change of my plan on the 16th of October to 40gb unlimited and got a msg on my cell that it will come into effect from the 17th October. I called the customer care on 20th october informing them that my plan has not come into effect and I am still getting speed of not more than 144kbps. He said the plan is of 40gb while on reliance homepage it showed that the 10 gb plan was still going on. I got a complaint number (226028221) and he assured of the problem of the plan getting mismatched will be solved within 24 hours. After 24 hours, my problem had not been solved so I called again and I once again got a complaint number ( 226091956). I checked my netplan after 24 hours it was showing 40gb but I am still getting the speed of 144kbps.
The same problem happened last time I changed my plan when despite calling the customer care several times no action was taken. I ended up paying for a plan which I dint use for 2 months. This time too its the same thing when the customer care provides with complaint numbers and there is nothing done about it.
