RESPECTED SIR/MADAM MY NO . IS 9680000741 AND PROBLEM IS THAT USING *191# I ACTIVATED A INTERNET PLAN OF RS 33 ON 5/02/0AT 9:20 PM APPROXIMATE AND AFTER DEDUCTION MY BALANCE I GOT A SMS THROUGH BY COMPANY THAT U GOT 500MB FOR 10 DAYS. BUT MY INTERNET PACK BECOME ACTIVATED FOR ONE MONTH 1GB FOR 11:00PM TO 7:00AM FOR ONE MOTH. BUT THIS PACK IS USELESS FOR ME I CAN NOT USE MY MOBILE INTERNET BETWEEN THIS TIME. THIS IS ALL MISTAKE DONE BY COMPANY I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR REFUNDING Y MONEY OTHER WISE CHANGE MY PACK IN TO 10DAY . BUT AS ALL KNOW THEIR WAS NO RESPONSE. PLEASE HELP ME WHAT SHOULD I DO.
