Hi I migrated from Vodafone a few years back and i was offered a solitaire 999 plan which had 2500 mins of local national and roaming. i have always given ECS and have never checked the bill maybe because i used roaming once in a while. this time i travelled to Delhi for 25 days and i called customer care and i was told that i could activate a 75 plan which will make my incoming free and anyways am on solitaire plan and i have an std of 2500 which will be used.
i have called airtel but am told no plans work when ur in roaming. my complaint is that when i took the plan roaming was a part of it, i was not intimated about the change of roaming being removed. i have viewed online and have seen many customers having similar issues.
Request you to take this to the concerned team to get a resolution its not about paying extra money but principles of a person. i dont like being cheated
