PLAN – 997 FRAUD

Location/place: DIMAPUR, NAGALAND.

Name of company/service: AIRCEL

I have recharged my aircel number 8575562095 with a internet package valued rupees 997 on 22/07/2013 at 9:28:14am through netbanking BillDesk TransactionID MSB13053373940 Recharge Ref No. NE0713118724,
But till today I didnot get the balance added to my number, although I got a confirmation message on successfully recharged instantly.
I have made several call to the service provider but all in vain.
I am posting this message to make other innocent customers to be aware of the fraud that they did to me and think twice before selecting this plan.
