I hope your TAT according to the trail email ise complete. I think you you are not able to resolve the issue or you don’t want to resolve it. I know that I am writing this continues mail mail to nodal, I think you have make only ID for Nodal but you are treating this as normal personal ID of sales persons.
After continuously reminder you are ignoring me, still you have not done any afford for resolution.
I promise I will send this all chain to the all bank seniors and nodal and also to all media public profile already i have intimated on previous mail. Waiting only for one working day. Your branch codinator and the sales person also not responding phone call reply.

Only I have received one call from Mr. Gajendra one month back that he is resolving this case on priority but still not received any call or confirmation from his end or from your side. Are you happy with this experience or this type of behavior. Worthes service of Kotak Mahindra.
