Name of company/service: icici bank

i have applied for ATM cum debit card and cheque book in the month of June at icici bank kota branch,and given application as well as id proof as per bank’s requirement,they sent atm card and cheque book within 7 days at my home but pin not received till 13Th of July, every time they give a sweet excuse,after a long run they requested me to apply again and this time they told me to collect your letter from branch,so i applied again on 13Th of July but not received my pin letter yet,and requesting to apply again.
kindly suggest me the solutions.
