Photon Whiz problem

Location/place: Nimbahera, Distt. Chittorgarh (Raj.)

Name of company/service: TATA Docomo

I have taken the internet connection of TATA Photon Whiz from Bhopal 3 yrs back. It is roaming free and works in all India. Now I am shifted to Rajasthan. The connection is working in other cities of Rajasthan and in other states also but not working in Nimbahera Dist. Chittorgarh while it was working properly during March’12; when I shifted; to May’12. It is not working since June’12. It is showing full signals. I have complained 3 times to TATA DOCOMO complaint centre for my connection no. 9201493247. Ones I complained on Phone whose reference no. is 321352081. Twice, I registered online complaint whose nos. are 575511 and 583537, respectively. Every time I got the response from company that your problem will be resolved in 48 hours, then no one from company contacted me and no body is taking care.
My request is that please press the TATA DOCOMO company either to resolve my problem or to take my connection back and return my full money because I am not to close it willingly rather in boundation.

    Dear Tata DOCOMO
    I am very much fadeup with the service of ‘TATA photon Whiz’ and your customer care because in spite of registering complaints 5 times no body from Tata is taking care of my problem to resolve it. I request you please to take my connection back and return my money back.
