Photon + services – really dissapointed by your service

Hi,
I purchased a Tata Docomo Photon + 9241028994 on 22nd June, 2012. I paid Rs 1000 as prepaid monthly service and i was told by the retail store(Spice mobile store at CMH Road, Bangalore, beside KFC) that the service would be activated on that evening. Till today, the service has not been activated and i am being constantly harassed by the store saying that their distributor has not sent the customer verification documents to TATA Photon. On calling customer care of Photon +, they are saying they cannot do anything. My balance is ending on this month and till date i have not been able to use it for a day. The store keeper’s contact is Suresh and his contact is 9886023334. This is total harassement and cheating somebody of their time and money. I request TATA to choose distributors carefully. Awaiting your response.
