Phone Theft promising Repair

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Micromax

My phone stopped working within 1 month of purchase. So i gave it for repair to the authorized service center (Kavya Enterprises, Pune)

Its been more than 2 months now. When i contact them they say they can’t repair my phone and they wont even return my phone.

I want to report this theft. They have stolen my phone promising repair.
