I had bought Samsung Galaxy E5 on 2nd August and the guys at the store(6260) given me the best deal available nearby. What a marketing strategy they guys have.
They told me you will get 10000 Mah power bank along with the phone and said to pay first. After almost 30 minutes of their process of making you fool and downloading the apps, they said it is not available right now. I accepted the same and returned and waited for them to call as they said it will take a week. I received a call from them and visited the showroom to get the Power bank. Still I have not got any confirmation regarding the power bank.
It may be a small thing for RD but it shows how eager they people are to target their customers and not supporting after sales.
