I have taken mobile insurance pack via V care company of Rs 1400(service pack ID is H2063).last month there was problem in my phone HTC desire SV ,my phone touch was not working properly.so i have submitted my phone to v care person who personally come to receive my phone on 16aug 2014 from my house .Job card no is 22638.but till now my phone is not repaired also i had not receive my phone.Now they are saying that my phone is in irreparable condition so i will get my money back, the amount of money would be 10%of current value of phone that would be not more than rs1500.I had asked them to return my phone back in the same condition in which i had given phone to them.But there not giving any response on phone and nor they are returning my phone back.V care is very big cheater and the worst company which i had come across.kindly solve my problem and help me to get back my phone.
