my phone problem not solution

Dear Sir,

I have visited SAMSUNG customer care several times about my Samsung J7. I am facing mainly 2 issues, auto off and slow processing or hang.

Raised the same issue to customer care BHIWANI, HARYANA 4 times but they didn’t resolve it even once.

I belong to Bhiwani city in Haryana. Requesting you to look into the matter and help me out.
