Dear Sir,
I bought a Motorola handsetMoto X PLay the Handset sdcard started facing some problems. I submitted then handset for repair to Sakarpur Moto Care for repairing the same with job sheet no zqj/mg15/06422
. After few days when i enquired about the status of my mobile, the service centre personnel replied that the cellphone under process wait for next week then i call again in next wekk then same ans are received me . When i contacted the customer care they told they have not received information regarding any such cell for repair. On the customer care’s personnel instruction . But as and when i call the custome care they give a standard reply that u will received ur phone on 9th may 2016 and if i call on 9th may then they reply ur phone parts are not received they are still in pending n our exuxutive will contact u shortly .one single satisfactory response regarding my cell phone’s repair.or not i din’t received
Due to these reasons i am forced to lodge this complaint against
So i request you to kindly look into this matter.
