Phone physically damaged after service

My phone XOLO A500S IPS had a problem that there was a slight blue patch at the left bottom side in the screen. I had gone to XOLO CARE Gariahat, near Baligaung AC market. They submitted my phone to repair it. They took more than one months to repair. They told me that they sent that phone to their main service center as the local service center was unable to change the display successfully. Now at the time of returning the phone I saw both of the bottom corners of the phone was broken, where the screws were situated. They placed the broken pieces together with gum. When I asked them that why it is broken they did not accepted that it was by them and told me that it was by me. And also told, if they had seen it before then they would made the warranty void. They forcefully returned the phone Although they submitted the phone that time under warranty after examining the seal sticker on the broken corner. If you please let me know what happened with my phone in the service period I shall be thankful to you.
