I purchased a blackberry curve 9360 phone from Mobile store. After 7 days it gave me a software problem. I downloaded the software and uploaded it. it continued giving me problem. I submitted my phone to the service center. they uploaded the software and gave me back. After a month again the same prob occurred and they did the same thing. Again problem occured and this time they took the phone for 12 days and when asked for another replacement phone till that time they refused. This phone is giving me a lot of prob.
Please provide me a solution
