phone doesn’t get repaired.

Dear Sir,

i submitted my phone to Nokia care center which is located in Jaipur. i have the problem of hanging and notification not received. I submitted my phone to Nokia care they took 618rs. from me and didn’t get any solution. they only did reset my phone which can be done at own my level. they took 618rs for resetting of my phone. they are making fool the customers.. Again next day i submitted my phone to care but didnot get solution.
