Phone disconection

To Airtel Services,

With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel Services. I own a connection (9805009437), for which I requested the disconnection
in the month of Feb. 2015.

Here are my grievances towards the process:

I requested a disconnection in Feb 2015 with customer care services executive at number 121.
but Today i got a call from number 9816001918, and the person threaten me and also abuse me and told me that pay rs 1100 .When i refuse to pay the amount that person disconnected my another number 9816004786, which is also a airtel numer.Now a day im on roaming in punjab and dont have an alternate number.Sometimes i think to change my number but due to long lasting number i cant do that.So u r requested to solve the issue.
