I would like to highlight the problem faced by me on 16 Apr12 at about 2200hrs for the querry of unauthorised deduction from Mobile no 7411612875.Mr,Amit could not convience me about the deduction made and kept me on hold about 45 min saying that his senior will talk to me.After a long wait I called once again and Mr, Naveen picked up the phone and asked him to connect to Mr.Amit,to my surprise he did not pick the phone.One can very well understand customer care/scare.
i request the following:
1.Mr.Amit is to be questioned about the inconvenience caused to me( about 02 hrs wasted with out any result.
2.The unauthorised deduction to be refunded to my a/c.
3. customer must be informed about any service activated.
4. Deduction of any amount to intimated by an SMS.

Note :Just 04 day back I called customer care to deactivate all the services except out/in coming phone/sms.due to deduction of similar nature.
