PG Services

Dear Sir,
I have a complaint against Pg services run by Geeta Mam. I am from Rajasthan and came to Noida for further studies. I needed a PG to stay so I found about Pg services in Noida from a website and contacted Geeta Mam for Pg. She gave me the address of her PG in Sector 39, Near golf course metro station, Noida. I visited that Pg and asked about formalities. He offered a seat in three seater room. He told that they will provide full power backup, attached washroom, 2 time meal, Ac, Tv, Fridge. I asked about the formalities to book that, The boy who was there said that a photo, id and 3000/- Rs will be needed. In the Evening I contacted that boy and said that I will shift the next day. Then he told that a month rent also have to give with advance.
The next day I went there to shift, then that boy told me that the washroom will be used by other room’s girls also. And the almirah’s lock is broken and will be fixed tomorrow. And he asked for the one month rent in advance and one month rent as security money. I said that why didn’t he tell before. That time I had only One month Rent money (8000/- Rs) so I gave him and I said that I will give security money tomorrow. I asked for the receipt so he said that Geeta Mam will give that tomorrow when I will submit Security money. There was no cleaning in the room as they promised neat and clean rooms. And the washroom door was also broken. And There was no light at night and no power backup. The next day I got ill and I went to my uncle’s home. Then I decided that I can’t live there due to inconvenience and my parents said to leave that PG. I Contacted the second next day to Geeta Mam and asked to give my remaining money after cutting her two days rent as i wanted to leave. But she refused to give my money back by saying No refunds. I left PG that day as I was not able to continue to stay there due to bad services. Now 15 days has passed but still I didn’t get my money back. I am Very upset as the amount 8000/- Rs is very big amount for me as a student to lose.
