PF Settlement cheque not received

i have applied form PF withdrawl in Feb 2010.
In May 2010 i have received 1 cheque from PF office dated 24.05.2010 of Rs.12935/- cheque number bearing 168535.

i was told that there was another cheque dispatched from PF Office dated 21.05.2010 of Rs.32936 cheque number bearing 168465 but after 2 years of follow up i have not received my PF amount.

i have confirmed witht the ING Vysya Bank as well but even they have not received the cheque.

i have personally visited pf office 2 times & i have written complaints to commissioner.

so i sincerly request you to chec k & dsolve the problem as soon as possible & do the needful.
