PF Form not carry forward for Claim

Name of company/service: Techmahindra Lmt. Pvt.

Hi Sir,
I Ajay Kumar was employee of Techmahindra Lmt. at A-100, SEC-58 NOIDA. (Emp.ID 50415). Now I wanna my PF so I submitted PF Form 3rd time within 20 months. But they are not forwarding my form for claim due to they are asking me for recovery charge. But I wanna tell You that when I left the Company I told him please took the recovery amount & give me Experience & relieving Letter. But at that time they didn’t agreed. & now I don’t have money & I need money Because I’m doing my cosine sister marry. So do the helpful.
