<p><b>Location/place</b>: Visakhapatanam</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Indian Navy</p>I (Manjeet kumar) serving in Indian Navy at INS Dega, Visakhapatanam. My total monthly salary is Rs 25,813/ and credit to bank is Rs 13,733/ . I am customer of SBI Bank Airport Branch, Visakhapatanam, having DSP Saving account, account number 30068489895.
I had applied for personal loan of Rs 2,50,000/ on 13-03-13. The bank manager told me that I will get after 10 to 15 days and I will also have to open an insurance policy before that. So I visited after fifteen days on 28-03-13. On that day the manager told me that,.I can’t get this much amount of money because I have Ty APPF Widrawl (The APPF money is nothing but my saving amount in the hand of goverment), so he called me next week. Again I visited bank so many times but every time the manager make excuses like he is busy in financial year ending work so come next day then next week and so on.
Then I dial SBI Help line on1800112211 for enqury about personal loan (coversation with Mr. Kasim on 10-03-13 night) he told me, I can get Rs 2,78,000/ loan for the period of sixty months with lower interest 14.70% to 14.20% ( 0.50% relaxtation due to DSP account) with payment of Rs 13,733/- credit to the bank without any problem and no need to open an insurance with the bank.
Really I need that bulk amount of money as soon as possible. Thats why I approached consumer care for help.
