I bought Nokia 107 Dual Sim Via Amazon India But soon noticed that battery was not working properly as it was
taking too much time to get charge & was getting discharged within 2-3 Hrs of standby time, hardly 1/2 Hrs of talktime.
Then I visited Nokia Care center in Sonipat but executive over there told me that Model 105,106,107 are not
supposed to be repaired @ Nokia care, these model comes with replacement warranty in case of any fault, and advised me to contact my seller.
So I contacted Amazon India but they told me that they haven’t received any information from Nokia India About any such replacement on these models and asked to contact Nokia Service Center.
Then I mailed Nokia India Helpline mail Id, from there I got an auto generated response with a service request number, i.e. 1-15396414145 which assured me of a reply from Nokia India Customer Care Team within 48 Hrs, but I didn’t received any response from them, then again I send reminder mail but again that auto generated mail & another service request number – 1-15422179099.
I contacted on their helpline number as well, but of no use.
Since last 2 months I am contacting them but all useless, my phone is still in warranty but Nokia India not extending any support.
I wish strict action must be taken against Nokia India for cheating People and selling defective products.
