Pending two service complan form 01.10.12. But they not respons.

I am regester two complan(complain no-04486)(out of warantty) on luminous service on 01.10.12. But the not respons. Today (05.10.12) when I am reinquary, why my complain is pending on customar care ,they given me no sattisfaction. My service complain was pending. 🙁
