Pending Refund for defective Product

I had purchased a Jacket from Shopclues.com with order no. 2051794 on 16th Dec 2012. The Jacket was defective and hence Shopclues got the same picked from my home.

They initiated a refund which I never got. After repeated communication with them over email, they are still not refunding me back my amount.

Also, as a proof – I have already given them my 3 months credit card statement which doesn’t contain the refund amount.

Now, Shopclues are not initiating a new refund even after repeated followups.

I have all the communication with shopclues over my email.
