Pending issue of services last 4 month of Okinawa scooter

I had purchased Okinawa battery byke last 7/2017 and battery complaint rose on December 2017 ,it has been more than 4 month but no positive response received from service center. I followed up their there last four months even talk to Gurgaon head office but they did not take this issue serious.
Kindly help me to take out this issue, it will be a great help.
