PCI Registration No. not being given since applied more than 6 months past.

Name of company/service: PCI office,209,Arif Ashiya building chowk, lucknow- 226003

sir/mam,
I have applied for PCI approval since 13-08-2012 and presently i haven’t receive my registration number.
it has more than 6 months and they are not showing any active response. Despite of my elder brother visit to PCI
office (Address:- 209,Arif Ashiyana building Chowk, Lucknow, pin:226003.)
They have provided me only with 2 slip as proof and there serial no is 26996 and book no is 270, while serial no of second one is
59494 and book no is 595.
