Dear Sir/Mam,
With due respect I say that I had placed an order of a brand new phone Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from Paytm.com website on 28th March, 2015 vide order number 835446288. I received this product on 31st March, 2015. After removing uppermost cover with Paytm logo, I saw box and found one of the seals of box was broken. Same day I marked complaint to Paytm that I am facing such problem. And then I approached to Samsung Service Centre because Paytm did not gave timely response to my couple of emails in this regard and found that phone they sold to me is an used / old phone which has been activated earlier on 31st December, 2014. And I got to know this at Samsung Service Centre after they scanned bar code given on phone box. I again tried to contact Paytm but got no results. After a series of many communications with Paytm.com, they accepted request of return and marked an email to me on 15th April, 2015. Till then I was waiting for Paytm.com to collect phone from my home and return money to my bank account. But till 28th April, 2015, nothing happened. In between this period I marked email to Paytm.com that please collect phone from my home. And today on 28th April, 2015, Paytm.com again marked email to me that return request has been cancelled and reason they gave is that customer wants to keep product. I never told them that I want to keep product and why would I keep old phone when I have paid for new phone. Paytm.com has done fraud and sold an old / used phone Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to me. Here I would like to explain that phone is kept with me in box i.e. vendor / seller packing as it was received to me. I have not opened phone box at all.This thing I have explained to Paytm.com many times. I am asking for your help as I have no option left. Please help me in getting my money back with interest on my money / compensation.
