Payment regarding

My name is Amit khandelwal living in Amer Jaipur in the month of April-may 2018 my friend Kamal Kumar Jha living in Amer jaipur Rajasthan got a membership of club Mahindra and he done the 10% down payment of membership from my credit card but after few days on 3rd may 2018 he cancelled the membership and done email for return of amount the company concern person told us that according to company policy we will return back amout in 90 days than I said ok but now after the complete of 90 days still I didn’t get my amount in my account so please do the needful
