Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to this consumer forum cell my complaint after i have tried a lot of efforts at my end to get back my payment , that i have paid to kaunsa.com for samsung i9001 galaxy S plus mobile on 22nd Nov 2012, whose expected delivery date was till 7th Dec 2012.
My order ID was Kaun/43059 and i have paid Rs. 14299 via SBI credit card for the payment.

i am a regular online shopping user and i often purchase products from many websites, usually if any website don’t deliver the product within a specified time limit , it refunds the user’s payment within 3-15 days. but i ordered my mobile on 22nd november 2012 and even requesting on 12 Dec till now the website did neither refund my payment nor it deliver the specified product.
Even they were not responding at all and whenever i calls to customer care they either don’t respond or just increase the time period every times to refund my payment.
i was sure that they have intention not to refund the payment, even i have tried many times to contact to the director of the company whose name i found on Internet by surfing Ashish Paliwal Mob Number 9310008950 the number always switched off , 10 days back once he picked up the phone and assured me that i will get my payment back within 2 days but after wards his mobile is switched off. There is one more mobile number who called me at the time of mobile order confirmation 93100013597 name was Siddharth Kumar he also either don’t picks the call or number goes to switched off.
This is a serious offence and the company is doing a online fraud to its customers, even i had to pay my credit card bill and because the company did not refund my payment till last payment date i have to bear the panelty from Credit card division and still i am not sure that when i will get my payment from the website.
Finally when i called them that if they did not refund my amount i will go to consumer forum and will suit a fraud case to police they refunded my amount on 2nd January 2013.
I request you to please take a necessary action as soon as possible against the company and help me to recover my payment from the company.
Now when i asked company the panelty amount they have denied it. and so i want the compansation from the company for the mental harrashment. you kindly help me in this case.
