Hi, I am Dola Das from kolkata and i want to put a complain against a travel company named Trips and Tours situated on kolkata.
I booked round trip ticket for Delhi for 29th april,2014 but after one day i cancelled it as my trip got cancelled.The owner of that company Mr. Md. Arif (Ph: 9088888894) told me he will deliver the refund to my house next day..But today is 15th may and till now i dont have my refund.every time i called him, the man said he will deliver it to my house but all are fake.and now the man didnt pick my calls.
