Payment Not Credit (order Cancel )

Name of company/service: StarCJ Online trading Company

My order no. 2013-06-11-037648 not deliverd in time period. after i cancel the order dated 27/06/2013. but refund not credit in my account. till date.
i have many time call in customer care but my problem not resolve till date.
