Name of company/service: Airtel DTH
We made full payment online for DTH product on Saturday ie; 11th August 2012, as that they would install it on Sunday ie; 12th Aug 2012; but not installed till this time. And each time whenever we call they say 72 hrs reqd from the time we called . Today also they repeat the same and we fed up with their lame excuses. I need the product get installed today itself or the money back without any deductions. Hence I request you to take this matter as a complaint and do the needful at the earliest. Thanking You
