Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata Photon

We have stopped the services of tata photon from February 2013. Though we have asked the customer care to stop the service we are still getting bills till now. we were not happy with the service as its expensive whereas the other service providers give lots of offers.we have taken other service from post paid to prepaid with other service provider and we are happy with the service with them. though we have asked the customer care to give the bill for the usage so we could clear it we have no answer for it. This is my tata photon number 09243387837 and the account no will be 909825099. though i have sent mail to disconnect our service we are still getting bills for the usage when the instrument itself doesnt work.
