I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with tatasky and its customer care. (PATHETIC)
I called Mr. Nikhil in customer care around 10 pm yesterday .He could not answer my simple questions, does not know anything about “Oxicash” payment, I spoke to him for 37 mins, my money on call wasted and no solution, he promised to call me back but i received no call even after 1 hour.
Then again I called tatasky after 1 hour, not a single person in tatasky customer care (including seniors named Mr. Hussain) knows about “oxicash” payment, REALLY RIDICULOUS AND HIGHLY IRRITATING.
For the first time I made payment through “oxicash” online payment facility mentioned on tataskywebsite (http://www.tatasky.com/ways-to-recharge-online.html) as www.mytatasky.com was under maintenance on 26th June 2013 during 12am to 2am in night. Payment was urgent as my tatasky TV was showing deactivation message.
ITS MORE THAN 4 DAYS, MY TATASKY ACCOUNT IS NOT YET RECHARGED, ALTHOUGH I RECEIVED ONLINE RECEIPT OF MY PAYMENT FROM OXICASH.IN AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT (TRANSACTION ID-3516115). ULTIMATELY TO CONTINUE WATCHING TV, I AGAIN RECHARGED THROUGH WWW.MYTATASKY.COM WITH RS 311. SO, TILL DATE I HAVE SPENT RS 612 ON TATASKY, BUT GOT ONLY 300 IN ACCOUNT. I TRIED CALLING OXICASH FOR 2 DAYS ALSO AT THEIR CONSUMER CARE, BUT THERE WAS NO ANSWER TO RINGING PHONE.
I WANT TO KNOW WHY MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT RECHARGED AND WHEN WIL IT GET RECHARGED.
This is 4th time I am encountering arguments and dissatisfaction from TataSky since I purchased it.
I am very sure that I should start thinking to switch to some other service provider rather than wasting so much money, energy and time on their hopeless services.
