Payment done and Item not received

Hi
On 1st Feb 2015 I made an order from their site and transferred the money online to their bank account but neither I received my product till now nor they are replying through mails and phone calls. They are just fooling the customers. Many more complaints are also there against their site.Order details are as follows:

Date Added: 01/02/2015
Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking

Please do something against them otherwise they will keep fooling other customers also and will continue running their business
