Payment done but not able to get service

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Reliance Digital TV

I done recharge of 296 rs with Reliance Digital TV but till now am not able to view the channels. So far i have lodged 3 complaints with the Reliance customer care but every time i call the customer care they ask me to wait for 48 hrs and simply my recharge amount gets deducted. Even the technician who was sent to my house also took money from me and went off. I have paid all the money but till now am not getting the service. Therefore please help me with the same.
